Rearranging furniture can help homes sell more quickly

With so many homes on the market in Tucson, many are wondering what it will take to sell.

There is a new business in town called “Staged to Sell”.

The idea is to work with possessions people already have to make homes look as livable to a potential buyer as possible.

Owner of “Staged to Sell”, Binky Luckhurst says people don’t have to spend a lot of money to make sure their home is staged to sell.

“If your house is clean, it smells good…it’s open…and there are interesting things to look at,” all recommendations from Luckhurst.

And, what are the big no-no’s?

Luckhurst says clutter, stains on the carpet and displaying personal items like framed pictures.
