The name of building is Hilltop House located in Rancho Santa Fe, This is a perfect modern architectural masterpiece, with amazing panoramic breathtaking views nestled on a private & gated 2 acre pinnacle setting in Rancho Santa Fe. The Hilltop House was made to be energy efficient. Its reverse roof slope drains off rising warm air through the clerestories, aided by the cool ocean breeze.
